Design-sync back-mirror of the #404 weight UI (PR #462) into the Claude Design prototype, so the repo mirror and the ChicoryTV Design System project stay byte-identical (docs/design-sync.md step 7).

  • design-system/templates/chicorytv-admin/MultiCollections.jsx: EditItemRow now renders a per-source Weight input (1..1000) + computed % share (3:2:1:1 → 43/29/14/14), and the editor gains a "Reset to fair share" footer with the explanatory hint — a faithful mockup of the shipped screen.
  • Already pushed to Claude Design via DesignSync (write_files) in the same session; render-verified headless (the prototype transpiles and mounts, weight UI displays correctly).

Prototype-only (design-system/) — no shipped code, no API/DB/SPA change. Mirror of already-merged #404.
