The budget-exhausted poll message told the user to 'Use Refresh' but no Refresh control renders when there are 0 Plex servers. Reworded the message to not name a missing control, and added an always-available Check again button (a one-off re-fetch; deliberately does not re-arm the spent 150s poll loop). Regression test added.

Review: pure-SPA leaf, no server-state effect — independent review skipped per skip rubric (stated). typecheck/lint/vitest green (21 tests).
