Superseded by #714, merged to main as 9928be805. Meziantou.Analyzer 3.0.115 → 3.0.129 is now on main at Directory.Packages.props:32 — the bump this PR proposed has landed, unchanged.

Consolidated with #679 and #681 because all three edit the same file: merging them individually would have forced a rebase and a full CI re-run for each remaining PR.

This PR was not red because of anything wrong with it. Its single failing job — PR Gates / Docs update reminder — ran 10m21s against a ~20s norm and produced no log at all, which is the killed-job tell. It was collateral from the runner host's disk exhaustion at ~03:20 UTC on 2026-07-27. Build & test (.NET), where an analyzer regression would actually surface, passed on this PR.

On the analyzer risk, since a 14-patch jump can ship new rules: Directory.Build.props sets TreatWarningsAsErrors=true in six main projects, but .editorconfig bulk-demotes dotnet_analyzer_diagnostic.severity to suggestion repo-wide and no MA0* rule is individually promoted above that anywhere. A newly-shipped Meziantou rule therefore lands at suggestion and cannot fail the build. Verified green on the real runners in #714 (Build & test in 22m47s).

Closing as superseded. Renovate will not recreate this: the version on main already matches the target. Note 3.0.137 has since shipped upstream, so expect a fresh PR for that on the next run.
