Cold-review Low-1: ErsatzTV/Extensions/NavigationManagerExtensions.cs survived the removal — the last non-deleted .cs still importing Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components/JSInterop and calling the deleted blazorHelpers.scrollToFragment JS.
