Run 553 hit the known EF-migration MySql-apply flake (concurrent-runner contention; MEMORY ci-migration-job-mysql-flake). This PR touches only hooks/docs/yaml — the identical pipeline passed fully green on the parent commit (run 552). Empty commit to get a clean run; Gitea 1.24 has no job-rerun API endpoint.
